Welcome to the Commercial Corridors of unincorporated Sacramento County website.  Here you will find information and resources for various corridor plans and studies underway. You will also find opportunities for residents, business owners, developers, and other interested parties to become involved in the corridor revitalization efforts.

Unincorporated Sacramento County is home to numerous commercial corridors dating back to the late 1950’s. To foster economic development and urban revitalization in several selected corridors, the County of Sacramento has launched 13 Corridor and District Plans. Each plan is focused on improving the overall condition and quality of the corridor and the communities where they exist.
